The PAT-E03MS-500 taximeter mileage survey device is designed to provide a mobile & maneuverable platform for the taxi managerial department. Because of it’s compact & innovative design it can be installed and assembled in a very short time which provides an effective method in a standard measurement platform for the taximeter detection task-anywhere, anywhere, anytime.
The compact structure of this mechanism is sophisticated both in terms of the electronic & mechanical departments. Therefore the whole measuring processes are accurate, safe and convenient. During the measuring process the data of the survey via the wheel of the vehicle, driven the roller transmitter and transferred to a computer the computer analyses all the data and finally the results (details of speed, mileage etc.) are displayed on the monitor.
Optional equipment includes a suitcase style controller, which is a multi-functional device, which controls the whole survey procedure. It also provides independent control for every major survey process e. g. manual start and stop. data collection. date, vehicle registration number, pre-set measurement unit and the survey report print out order.

Market developing
In 1984, Patent is the first brand got the approval from the Hong Kong Transport Department. We replaced the old mechanism taximeters and occupied the majority market. Our high technical support and good after sales services made our market grown up steady and aggressive. At the same time, Patent’s product also promoted to Italy, Middle East, Taiwan, Vietnam, Macau and South East Asia.
In 1993, we moved our basement to Guangzhou. According to our experience, high level technology and new concept, we spread our market in Mainland Chinarapidly. When China was awarded the right to hold 2008 Olympic game in year 2000, our top management made an aggressive target to develop the Beijing market before 2008. In 2004, we had succeeded to develop the Beijing market with our new technology RF taximeterthat can transmit the business data by Radio Frequency. The design is the firsttaximeter adopts this kind oftechnology. In not more than half year, our sales up to nearly 5000 units in the market. In 2006, we succeeded to merge an old brand taximeter company IGE in Beijing, which occupied 1/3 (23,000 units) of Beijing market. It makes us to occupy nearly half of Beijing market.
We set up MTCS in 2001 to develop electronic money system. And join with the Mondex group in England to develop electronic money clearing system. Due to our past experience in electronic money development, in 2002 we successfully link up with Guangzhou City Card for payment card system to our taximeter in Guangzhou. In 2004 we grant the permission from Beijing Municipal Administration & Communications Card Co. to join Beijing City Clearing System with build-in format .On 2007 December we have granted the recommendation by the Shen Zhen Shenzhentong Co., Ltd. to Sony Corp. Info，to apply the permission to develop the Card Clearing System with Faci Card.
