About GPS
The Global Positioning System (GPS) is a satellite-based navigation system made up of a network of 24 satellites placed into orbit by the U.S. Department of Defense. GPS was originally intended for military applications, but in the 1980s, the US government made the system available for civilian use. GPS works in any weather conditions, anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day. There are no subscription fees or setup charges to use GPS.
More on how GPS works:
GPS satellites circle the earth twice a day in a very precise orbit and transmit signal information to earth. GPS receivers take this information and use triangulation to calculate the user's exact location. Essentially, the GPS receiver compares the time a signal was transmitted by a satellite with the time it was received. The time difference tells the GPS receiver how far away the satellite is. Now, with distance measurements from a few more satellites, the receiver can determine the user's position.
A GPS receiver must be locked on to the signal of at least three satellites to calculate a 2D position (latitude and longitude) and track movement. With four or more satellites in view, the receiver can determine the user's 3D position (latitude, longitude and altitude). Once the user's position has been determined, the GPS unit can calculate other information, such as speed, bearing, track, trip distance, distance to destination, sunrise and sunset time and more.
Multi media system
Patent Multimedia system is a leading solution provider for coach or bus most convenient to play the music ,product demo and company introduction. An intelligently designed to perform foolproof synchronization of file and can be perform over a local area network,it can even be done automaticaly, users just need to renew the files on managerment server, during the vehicle came back to company, new file can be fransmiteed to multimedia system in vehicle through the wireless network.
Integrated taximeter/GPS/Payment
Patent taximeter intergrated with GPS receiver and payment card system for providing GPS position and payment processing function.
Patent taximeter provides user with a fast and secure card payment processing, such as contactless card ,contact card and credit card ,built in POS (Point of Sale)and a stand alone credit card terminal, which supports load and purchase transaction ,all financial transaction will be executed multiple encryption algorithms with PSAM(purchase secure acess module),such as 3 DES encryption/decryption and MAC calculation ,enabling receivers the ability to verifly the data originally and integrity ,protecting the transmitted and received data from being forged by a third person.all transaction record can be sent from GPRS to clearing centre for management and analyze.
PATENT POS Terminal
PATENT POS terminal has a built in microchip containing an electronic purse and other applications which can accurately record the card’s transaction ,users simply hold their payment card over a reader, and the correct amount will be deducted auto matically, there’s no longer a need for coins.contactless payment card also provides customers to check the balance and most recent 10 transactions via the Patent Enquiry Machines, each time use payment card, the transaction amount and the remaining value will be shown on terminal and printed receipt. contactless card system can be used in almost all citie transportation systems and also school,Parking and access control.
In the beginning we aimed to develope a simple way to pay fares on public transport, such as Taxi and public bus payment system, except using a contactless smart cards,we extended our reach into credit card on line payment system.Magnetic card swept reader and GSM module are preparing for customers who desire to pay the fare with credit card.and processivg credit card transaction approve on line
Patent financial prepaid card system
Patent financial prepaid card system is designed to provide a fast ,reliable, cost effective and convenient payment platform for service providers with different sizes and business natures ,It is a worldwide proven system that is beneficial to all aspects of business from operation and finance to marking.
The prepaid card system main application in three major division , which is public transport, retail and its supporting centres, such as add value and transaction clearing centre.
SKC taximeter and retail terminal was build in contactless prepaid smartcard module, customer simply hold their prepaid card over a reader antenna, which local on the surface of the terminal. The correct amount will be deducted automatically , there is no longer a need for coins.
The Patent taximeter prepaid card reader/writer and retail terminal is a device comprising a controller board and an antenna. It uses inductive Radio Frequency (RF) coupling to transmit power and data signals to the processor inside the patent contactless smart card . Data communications to and from the card is established when mutually authenticated security handshaking is verified followed by the transfer of encryption data. All the transaction data is than either stored in the terminal or sent back to a host computer, depending on whether the terminal is online or offline. In any event, all transaction data are sent back to card Central computer at the end of each day for clearing and settlement.
Add value system
Add value system provide customers to added the value on their card, when the remaining value is insufficient to settle the full cost of the transaction ,all the transaction record will be sent to clearing centre online for transaction approved and account statistical .
Each time customer use their prepaid card ,the transaction amount and the remaining value will be shown on display or on a printed receipt. Customer also can check the remaining value and the data, amount , and type of service provider of your last several transaction via the checking machine or request a print-out of your transactions at the service centres .
The Patent Clearing House System
Clearing system uses a complex set of business rules to validate each transaction prior to authorizing settlement . A standard set of reports is then sent to each participating service provider on a daily basis.
